Do you ship Internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide.

How long does shipping take?

We are currently experiencing very high demand so please allow up to 5 days for your order to be processed.

Once your order is processed you will be sent an email with your tracking link.

Shipping time varies by location. These are our current estimates:

United States (3-7 Business days)
Canada, Europe (10-20 Business days)
Australia, New Zealand (10-20 Business days)
Mexico, Central America, South America (15-30 Business days)

Why does shipping take so long?

Our prices are significantly lower than our competitors since we have relationships with our suppliers to ship direct to the customer.

The downside to this is slightly longer shipping times, though we work our hardest to get your order shipped as fast as possible.

Why didn’t my order come in one package?

Our warehouses are located in different locations in USA & China. Moreover, our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. Therefore, the partial shipment could be applied to customers’ order.

How do I check the status of my order?

Upon placing your order, please allow up to 5 business days to have your order processed.

Our fulfilment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible.

Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking link.

Will I have to pay for additional taxes or duties on my order?

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes applicable to your order.

Please be aware that Offersholic does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.

Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by us, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.


How do I order on your website?

Simply find the product you’d want and click the ‘Add To Cart’ button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we’ll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!

How can i pay for my order?

We offer safe shopping and accept payment via PayPal, Credit card, Debit card or VISA. So you can choose the most suitable one for you. All products are set in US Dollar, our system will automatically exchange your currency to make it easy for you when placing order.

Is your website secure with my personal information?

Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. 

We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product.

What currency is displayed on your store?

Our store offers products in USD. When you order at checkout, you will be charged in USD.

We use an auto-currency converter to convert the currency to whatever your local currency is. 


What is the return policy?

My product is damaged or doesn't work. What next?

If your product is damaged or defected, please kindly email us with the subject line “Return: Damage or Defected item with your order #” along with a photograph so we can immediately look into sending you a new one.

The return policy will only apply to damaged items or products that have any manufacturing problems. We will not make any refunds or changes once the product has been successfully delivered in normal condition.
